Community Services
Welcome to Community Services!
Our purpose here is simple: Christ-centered service.
We believe that in order to live by Christ's example of love through service, we must strive to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of those around us. This can be done in a variety of ways, such as a food pantry, resume-building classes, or by simply offering friendship.
We feel that being of service to someone else fulfills our own spiritual needs. With each endeavor, there are a variety of ways to serve that will teach us to become more like Christ. Our current needs for volunteers will be posted regularly on this site as they arise. We encourage everyone to get involved and make a difference in someone else's life.
The apostle John sums up our mission perfectly in John 3:30,
"He must become greater; I must become less."
